Sharing photos. It seems like such a simple idea. Who knew it was worth a billion dollars!? Seems like the Instagram experience can only get better from Facebook’s pending acquisition. UBIQ has been regularly posting photos through the mobile app for the past year and we love it.

Hervé, Kelton and myself (@sirhamilton, @without_us, and @a23ontheside respectively on Instagram) all keep things moving on our “ubiqlife” (follow us!) account with mostly product shots, but we also give occasional glimpses into the UBIQ world. Both the people at Instagram and the powers-that-be at Facebook are promising that the app experience won’t change as a result of the acquistion. Instagram is a powerful tool that harnesses the best (and admittedly sometimes the worst) in creativity and at UBIQ, that’s something we can definitely get down with.
