Kobe Bryant fans have not had much to celebrate lately between him tearing his Achilles and missing the playoffs, the Lakers being swept in the first round, and lawsuit battle with Kobe and his mother things doesn’t seem to be going the Black Mamba’s way. There is some good news coming Kobe fans way when the new Kobe 8’s debut this weekend in stores. While Kobe Bryant is home recovering from the injury the elite basketball shoe is making its way to stores in a new color – a beautiful gradient purple. Unfortunately we won’t get to see the Black Mamba himself rocking the shoe for now on the court hopefully other basketball players and fans alike will take the opportunity to do so.
