Solebox x adidas Consortium Torsion Allegra Pack
Originally released in 1992, the adidas Torsion Allegra makes its return for 2012 in the adidas Consortium collaboration with Berlin sneaker boutique Solebox. This pack features two unique colorways, a Torsion Allegra in black/lime green and an EQT edition in light white/red, with both models sporting a white midsole and a noticeable retro-future aesthetic. Made with superior construction and materials, the Consortium pairs feature a slip-on upper of neoprene, mesh, nubuck and suede alongside a synthetic lacing overlay for added support. Using the idea of visible technology as the basis, Adidas has re-introduced its Torsion bar system as a fundamental building block in each sneaker, enabling a notable increase in flexibility and support.
The Solebox x adidas Consortium Torsion Allegra Pack is set to be released in limited quantities and will be available at UBIQ December 22ND.
