#60 Chuck Bednarik was the star of the 1960 Philadelphia Eagles. A self imposed 60 minute man, Bednarik played both center on offense AND middle linebacker on defense, putting him in close contact for every minute of every game. In November of 1960, he delivered one of the most devastating tackles in football history, placing Frank Gifford on the injured list for 18 months.
